PRE-EVENT PLANNING:
Individual consultation, concept design, budget analysis and oversight, insurance and permitting, resource management, site survey, artwork (graphic design), client presentations, on-going client contact, talent acquisition, set design , decoration, catering, lighting, audio, staging, video, construction, project management, sponsorship management, marketing, promotions, and public relations coordination.

ON-SITE MANAGEMENT:
Project coordination, set-up, rehearsal, staffing, supervision, tear down, and clean up.

POST-EVALUATION/WRAP-UP:
Accurate and timely billing and budgets, planning of future events, evaluation and analysis of event, and on-going client relations.
